Ed Mayo

Ed Mayo is Secretary General at Co-operatives UK. He is Vice President of Co-operatives Europe and chairs Involve, the participative democracy charity. He is author of A Short History of Co-operation and Mutuality (free download, 2017), Values (Routledge, 2016) and co-author of Co-operative Advantage: innovation, cooperation and why sharing business ownership is good for Britain (2015, New Internationalist). He was Chief Executive of the New Economics Foundation from 1992 – 2003 and Chair of the Jubilee 2000 campaign for international debt relief.
